I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were small but nice in the annex with a terrace, perfect for a family. The service was exceptional, especially Massimo who helped us with bookings despite language barriers. The location, right in front of the medieval Este Castle, was unbeatable. The dining experience was delicious with organic produce. I loved the hotel overall, but the lack of a coffee machine or kettle in the room was a downside.
